Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground lamb over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the tomato sauce, frozen peas, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Transfer the lamb mixture to a baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some grated cheese on top before baking for an extra layer of flavor.
