Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, sliced zucchini, cooked pasta, marinara sauce, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
