Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Zucchini, sliced
  • 2 cups Pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, sliced zucchini, cooked pasta, marinara sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
