Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Prepare Stove Top Stuffing according to package instructions.
  • In a baking dish, combine the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, and water. Mix well.
  • Spread the prepared stuffing evenly over the beef mixture.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Feel free to add vegetables like peas or carrots for extra nutrition.
