Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, browned ground beef, chopped green peppers, tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
