Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 Green Peppers, chopped
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, browned ground beef, chopped green peppers, tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like onions or mushrooms for extra flavor.
