Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, and milk. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top of the mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is great for using up leftover chicken and can be customized with your favorite vegetables.
