  • 8 frozen burritos any variety
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions optional

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the frozen burritos in a baking dish.
  • Pour the enchilada sauce over the burritos.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  • Add sliced olives and chopped green onions if using.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
