Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Grease a baking dish and place the cubed French bread in it.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are coated.
5. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pour this mixture over the top of the casserole.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning for a stress-free breakfast.
