Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
3. In a clay pot, combine the rice, chicken, carrots, peas, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chicken broth.
4. Cover the clay pot and place it in the oven. Bake for 45 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the chicken is tender.
5. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes:
Make sure to soak the clay pot in water for 15 minutes before using to prevent cracking.
