Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 lb Chicken Thighs cut into pieces
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 2. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  • 3. In a clay pot, combine the rice, chicken, carrots, peas, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chicken broth.
  • 4. Cover the clay pot and place it in the oven. Bake for 45 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the chicken is tender.
  • 5. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes:

Make sure to soak the clay pot in water for 15 minutes before using to prevent cracking.
