Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
Add ground turkey to the skillet. Cook until browned.
Stir in flour and cook for another minute.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
