Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir well to combine.
In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture, black beans, corn, and crushed tortilla chips.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add any of your favorite taco toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or jalapeños.
