Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 10 oz Frozen Spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add more cheese on top if you like it extra cheesy.
