Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
Pour in the melted butter and buttermilk, then stir until just combined.
Fold in the minced garlic and dried parsley.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
For extra flavor, you can brush the top with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley right after baking.
