Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Carne Asada cooked and chopped
  • 12 pcs Corn Tortillas
  • 2 cups Enchilada Sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese Mexican blend
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Cilantro

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the corn tortillas, carne asada, enchilada sauce, and shredded cheese.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add jalapeños for extra spice.
