Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 1 lb Sausage sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  • Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and cook until it begins to soften.
  • Stir in the cooked sausage and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
