Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning to the beef and stir to combine.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, black beans, corn, salsa, and seasoned beef.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
