Ingredients:

  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 400 g Canned Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 300 g Pasta
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
  • Add the canned tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, dried oregano, and dried basil to the saucepan. Stir well and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Mix the cooked pasta with the Bolognese sauce. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
