Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 packet Fajita Seasoning
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in fajita seasoning and mix well.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked beef mixture, cooked rice, sour cream, salsa, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining shredded cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite toppings like avocado, cilantro, or jalapeños.
