Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beans, salsa, cumin, and chili powder.
Layer the bottom of a baking dish with tortillas.
Spread a layer of the bean mixture over the tortillas, then sprinkle with cheese and optional corn.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add any other favorite burrito ingredients like bell peppers or onions.
