Ingredients:

  • 4 whole bagels cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish and spread the bagel pieces evenly in the dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the bagel pieces, making sure all pieces are soaked.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the custard is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

You can add fresh fruits or nuts on top before baking for extra flavor.
