Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and spread the bagel pieces evenly in the dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
Pour the egg mixture over the bagel pieces, making sure all pieces are soaked.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the custard is set.
