  • 4 whole bagels cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast meat bacon or sausage, crumbled
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the bagel pieces, shredded cheese, and cooked breakfast meat to the bowl. Stir to combine.
