Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 can Biscuits refrigerated, cut into quarters
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in cooked bacon, shredded cheese, and biscuit quarters.
  • Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the eggs are set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

For a spicier version, add some chopped jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
