Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add frozen mixed vegetables and cream of mushroom soup to the skillet. Stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite seasonings to the beef mixture for extra flavor.
