Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cups Diced Tomatoes canned
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cups Cooked Pasta
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, cooked pasta, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
