Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for a family dinner or a potluck. Serve with a side salad or some crusty bread.
