Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick mix, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley.
Brush the butter mixture over the top of the baked casserole.
Serve warm and enjoy!
