Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Parsley, dried

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick mix, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley.
  • Brush the butter mixture over the top of the baked casserole.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add cooked chicken or other proteins for a heartier meal.
