Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
In a skillet, brown the pork chops on both sides over medium-high heat. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk until well combined.
In a baking dish, layer the tater tots, pour the soup mixture over them, and then place the browned pork chops on top.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the tater tots are golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some veggies like peas or carrots for extra nutrition.
