Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In a skillet, brown the pork chops on both sides over medium-high heat. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk until well combined.
  • In a baking dish, layer the tater tots, pour the soup mixture over them, and then place the browned pork chops on top.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the tater tots are golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies like peas or carrots for extra nutrition.
