Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pancake Mix
  • 1.5 cups Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Blueberries optional

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Drizzle the maple syrup over the top and sprinkle with blueberries if using.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

You can substitute blueberries with other fruits like strawberries or raspberries.
