Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 package Pepperoni Slices

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg. Mix well.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
  • Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Arrange pepperoni slices over the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.

Notes:

Serve with a side of garlic bread or a fresh salad.
