Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp Parsley chopped

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.
  • Add the bread cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.
  • Place half of the bread cubes in a baking dish. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the bread.
  • Layer the remaining bread cubes on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes:

Great as a side dish for pasta or soup.
