Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is soft.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti and the chili mixture. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
