Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, butter, salt, and black pepper.
  • 3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • 4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • 5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies or cooked chicken for extra flavor.
