In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with the buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
Transfer the cauliflower mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Drizzle the ranch dressing over the top before serving.

For extra flavor, you can add some chopped green onions or cilantro on top before serving.
