Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Berries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts optional

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and beaten eggs.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Fold in the berries and nuts, if using.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

You can store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week. Reheat in the microwave or oven before serving.
