marinara sauce

onion, chopped

cloves
garlic, minced

dried oregano

tsp
dried basil
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the angel hair pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the marinara sauce, dried oregano, and dried basil. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, half of the shredded mozzarella cheese, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
Spread half of the pasta mixture in a baking dish. Top with half of the meat sauce. Repeat the layers.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
You can add some red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
