tomato sauce

smoked paprika

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Add red bell pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
Stir in tomato sauce, fish stock, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and bay leaf. Bring to a simmer.
Add cod chunks and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
Remove bay leaf, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
Notes:
Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
