Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Tapioca Pearls
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cups Diced Tomatoes canned
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
  • 4. Add the carrots, celery, and tapioca pearls. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

For a thicker stew, add more tapioca pearls.
