Ingredients:

white wine

fish stock

diced tomatoes

mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, fish)

paprika

fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the fish stock and diced tomatoes, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the mixed seafood, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook until the seafood is done, about 5-7 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes:
Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
