Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 cups fish stock
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, fish)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions: 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the fish stock and diced tomatoes, bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add the mixed seafood, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook until the seafood is done, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes:

Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
