Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 2. Add the onions and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth and add the carrots, celery, potatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Stir well.
  • 4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This beef stew is perfect for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
