Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
2. Add the onions and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
3. Pour in the beef broth and add the carrots, celery, potatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Stir well.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
