Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef, cubed
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the beef over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  • 3. Stir in the potatoes and carrots, cook for a few minutes.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth, add cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Notes:

Serve hot with warm tortillas or crusty bread.
