Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the flour and cook for another minute.
4. Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
5. Add Worcestershire sauce, frozen peas and carrots, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
