Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas and Carrots
  • 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the flour and cook for another minute.
  • 4. Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  • 5. Add Worcestershire sauce, frozen peas and carrots, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
