Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the pork shoulder cubes. Cook until browned on all sides.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the BBQ sauce, chicken broth, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
4. Add the diced potatoes. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the pork is tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This stew is even better the next day. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat gently.
