Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork shoulder cut into cubes
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 Potatoes diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the pork shoulder cubes. Cook until browned on all sides.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the BBQ sauce, chicken broth, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • 4. Add the diced potatoes. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the pork is tender.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is even better the next day. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat gently.
