Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add beef cubes and brown on all sides.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
Pour in beef broth and add Knorr Beef Stew Mix. Stir well.
Add carrots, potatoes, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2 hours or until beef is tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
