Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Beef Chuck cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 packet Knorr Beef Stew Mix
  • 4 Carrots peeled and sliced
  • 4 Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper or to taste

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add beef cubes and brown on all sides.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • Pour in beef broth and add Knorr Beef Stew Mix. Stir well.
  • Add carrots, potatoes, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2 hours or until beef is tender.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
