Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lamb shoulder, cubed
  • 2 cups Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the lamb and brown on all sides.
  • Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • Add the tomatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 90 minutes, or until the lamb is tender.
  • Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables like carrots or potatoes for a heartier stew.
