Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the tomatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 90 minutes, or until the lamb is tender.
Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add more vegetables like carrots or potatoes for a heartier stew.
