potatoes, cubed

garlic, minced

ground cardamom

beef broth

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in tomatoes, carrots, and potatoes.
Add cumin, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, and cardamom. Stir well.
Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
