Vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce and cook for about 10 minutes.
4. Add the kpomo pieces, beef broth, thyme, curry powder, salt, and black pepper.
5. Cover and let it simmer for 30 minutes, or until the kpomo is tender.
6. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot with rice or your favorite side.
Notes:
Feel free to add more spices or vegetables to suit your taste.
