Instructions:
1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add the beef and pork chunks. Brown the meat on all sides.
2. Add the chopped onions and garlic. Cook until the onions are translucent.
3. Add the carrots and bell peppers. Stir well.
4. Sprinkle in the paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix to combine.
5. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
6. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
Notes:
This stew is best enjoyed with a slice of crusty bread.
