Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef cut into chunks
  • 500 g Pork cut into chunks
  • 2 pcs Onions chopped
  • 3 pcs Garlic cloves minced
  • 2 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 2 pcs Bell peppers chopped
  • 2 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 L Water

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add the beef and pork chunks. Brown the meat on all sides.
  • 2. Add the chopped onions and garlic. Cook until the onions are translucent.
  • 3. Add the carrots and bell peppers. Stir well.
  • 4. Sprinkle in the paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix to combine.
  • 5. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  • 6. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.

Notes:

This stew is best enjoyed with a slice of crusty bread.
