Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • 5. Add the carrots, potatoes, salt, and black pepper. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is even better the next day, so feel free to make it ahead of time!
