Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth and add the cumin. Stir well.
  • 5. Add the sliced carrots and diced potatoes. Bring to a boil.
  • 6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 2 hours, or until the meat and vegetables are tender.
  • 7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or green beans for extra flavor and nutrition.
