Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Radishes sliced
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 1 unit Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Add onions and garlic, cook until onions are translucent.
  • Pour in beef broth, add carrots, potatoes, radishes, salt, and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is even better the next day!
