Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
Add onions and garlic, cook until onions are translucent.
Pour in beef broth, add carrots, potatoes, radishes, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Serve hot and enjoy!
