Instructions:
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
Add onions, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
Stir in tomatoes, thyme, and paprika. Cook for a few minutes.
Add chopped cabbage and chicken broth. Stir well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, until cabbage is tender.
