Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage chopped
  • 1 lb chicken cut into pieces
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  • Add onions, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
  • Stir in tomatoes, thyme, and paprika. Cook for a few minutes.
  • Add chopped cabbage and chicken broth. Stir well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, until cabbage is tender.
